Hello World!

So here I am dipping my toe tentatively into the world of blogging!
It surprised me when I realised that I am now an advanced crocheter, even though there is still so much to learn. I've never tried Bruges lace, Hairpin lace, or Tunisian crochet to name just a few. If like me you want to stretch yourself I thoroughly recommend Crochet Masterclass.

It was only when I started to write my first pattern that I realised how much I had learnt. Each of my patterns comes with helpful hints and how to's. But wouldn't it be better if I could write about that in more detail here, and that's what I will be doing in the weeks to come.
I'll also be sharing with you some of the people who have really inspired and helped me.
